Bornbuyer.com is intended only to serve as interaction platform for users to provide information. Users here include individual professionals in their personal capacity or representatives of the companies/ business. Information here includes but not limited to personal and professional details, products and service details, job opportunities, company related information, taxation details, personal blogs, articles, career achievements, company achievements etc.

User(s) Eligibility

All registered user must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. By using our website and by agreeing to these terms of use, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. Users here include individual professionals in their personal capacity or representatives of the companies/ business.

By registering on our site User(s) hereby represent, warrants and agree that user(s)  have  all necessary license and permission/authorization to do so, in no event Bornbuyer.com shall be liable for any loss or damage,  if any claim arises you shall indemnifybornbuyer.com against all claims, damages that may be made due to the same.

Bornbuyer.com has a provision to register three types of users, Buyers, vendors and recruiters–

1. Buyers – Executives who are working in supply chain domain of industries should use this service.  After registration buyers have right to access contents posted by other users. Buyer also get access to post its own content on website under various section of website, all submitted content shall be govern by acceptable use of this agreement.

 

2. Vendors - Vendors means any individual or business entity/organization that legally operates in India or in other countries should use this service. After registration vendor have an option to choose between premium and free services. In both type of vendor login shall get rights to access contents  of other users and put its own content  on website however content type and quantity differs  according to type of option chose by vendor, all submitted content shall be govern by acceptable use of this agreement.

 

3. Recruiters – Recruiters means any individual / business entity/organization/ HR representatives of business entity/organization, recruiter agencies / representatives of recruiter agencies/ company should use this service.   After registration recruiter have an option to choose between premium and free services. In both type of vendor login shall get rights to access contents  of other users and put its own content  on website however content type and quantity differs  according to type of option chose by recruiter, all submitted content shall be govern by acceptable use of this agreement.

 

Premium Services –

Website offers free and premium services, vendors and recruiters have option to choose from free and premium services, for buyers it is free.

Description of services given in premium section of website, after login to their respective accounts vendor and recruiter can access what services have been offered in premium option.

However website reserves right in its sole discretion to modify , restrict , suspend , terminate it’ s service anytime for any or no reason with or without prior notice, and without liability.

 

Acceptable Use/ Data submitted by members -

 

This website is public site , most of the data submitted by users and , User(s) are advice to take caution while posting /sharing any information by using this website, User is sole represent, responsible and agree to below-

6. Bornbuyer.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse, modify to post or remove any posting  by user, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate user access to site at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

Private messages between users /groups

8. Bornbuyer.com has a provision for creating group of users to facilitate communication between members, which increase interaction between users, also provide a facility of private communication between user(s) and group of users.
9. User agrees and acknowledge that it is impossible for site to ensure 100% authenticity of data provided by any user, nor we guarantee neither we claim that data provided by any user is 100% accurate and genuine.
10. User should take precaution while decide to start any type of private communication with any member or within the group, also user should take precaution to add other user in his/her group , user is sole responsible for any communication between users/group. Any communication should qualify the conditions mention above in point (5) (c)(1) of this agreement.
11. In case due to any reason user doesn’t want to receive communication from any particular user, website has a provision to block such user.
12. Website reserves unilateral right in its sole capacity to investigate any user(s) behavior on our site with or without complaint , however website is not liable to share such investigation reports to any one including complainant. 

 

Communication between Buyers/ Recruiters / Vendors

Website mere a platform for interaction between buyers, recruiters and vendors, website not warrant /represent and endorse any product or job offer/openings posted by its users(s).Users can post their content after getting registered on website, user here agrees and acknowledge that website cannot monitor each and every content posted by its user (s).

Website nor claim neither we guarantee that buyer profile, products posted through this website and job offers are obtained from  100% authentic and genuine source , however we try to register only authenticate user (s) but no method is fool proof , it is advised to our user(s) to take full precaution before  starting communication on any content posted on our site.

Website cannot guarantee nor warrant about the accuracy of content posted in any section and we assume no responsibility for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of the content posted. User(s) of this site must hereby acknowledge that any reliance upon any content shall be at their sole risk.

 

Termination of service

Website reserves right in its sole discretion to delete or deactive user account, to restrict access to site or any particular section of site at any time for any reason, with or without notice. Website reserve right  to deny access to any particular user for any reason,  we assume no responsibility to inform user the explanation of denial .

Website may terminate your access to the Site , permanently, temporary for any reason including but not limited to breach of the terms of use, engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity, act against interest of Bornbuyer.com , use account for sending spam, provide incorrect information for registration, etc . User (s) is not entitled to get refund in cases where website terminates user account / membership due to inappropriate action of user.

In the event website terminates user(s) membership, user(s) will not have the right to re-enroll or join website under a new account or name unless formally invited / approved to do so by website.
